Here it is. The page has been updated. I'm not really impressed with the new look but it will do for now.
I have invited all the new competitors to the contibute to the blog so all you need to do is accept the invitation. You can comment to posts without being invited but once you accept the invitation you will be able to post things yourself.
There are a few of us that have weight loss blogs so just click on the links on the right hand side of the page if you are interested. Check them out sometime.
