This is a competition between family and friends of family to see who can lose the most weight. What a great support staff we have through encouraging each other and walking through this together. There is also a nice little reward in the end for THE BIGGEST FAMILY LOSER. Regardless, we are all winners if we are able to get that much closer to being healthier people!

It's not official but...
I think Skinny Minnie Alves is in the lead. I think she blew everybody out of the water this past week. Keep up the good work Nonnie but not too good. Give the rest of us a chance!
Yeah...I am not doing so well on the pounds...though, I can now put size 10 pants on my body...I also would not go out in public in the 10's...but that is my goal by the end of the competition...so watch out!

The Rules
1. You can lose weight any way you choose.
2. Competition runs from January 7 - May 7.
3. Send Shannon a postdated check made payable to Shannon Divers as a signed committment.
4. Send your weigh-ins to Shannon ASAP on the correct dates so that I can post the percentage lost for each person.
5. The winner will be judged by the most percentage lost.
6. There will be a second place winner if he/she comes within .5% of the first place winner. In that case, 1st place will receive $900 and 2nd place will receive $100.
